TRAINING

We rely on our employees to guarantee the longevity and development of our company and so it is only natural to practice internal promotion. We train our employees to keep their skills up-to-date and thus offer them the opportunity to advance.

In practice, promotions to positions of team leader, project leader and contract manager are regularly offered to employees who demonstrate their motivation and know-how.
