The test technology depends on the type of board.
Electronic power boards are mainly tested using in-situ test solutions. Our in-situ test beds are also able to conduct polyfunctional tests and control power stage commands.
Fully digital boards are tested using JTAG /BOUNDARY SCAN technology.
When you subcontract the manufacture of electronic boards to us, we can simulate the test cover for you before performance, subject to compatible files.
Wiring and Cabling:
Different test stages are conducted in real time during wire crimping operations. Our equipment also has harness testers to validate wiring kits on a variety of parameters.
Electronic modules:
GERAL offers the production of specific test beds adapted to the particular needs of the equipment under test.
Electrical cabinets and boxes:
GERAL has developed a generic test solution using its own resources with a script language performing test stages in automatic or semi-automatic mode.
